Configure Filters for Data Extracts
Background
In the Data Extracts 2.0 tool, you can configure the filters of various Procore tools when creating and editing extracts. This enables you to narrow down the items in the list to get the specific data you need for your extract.

- Bidding
- Change Events
- Change Orders
- Emails
- Models
- Prime Contract Invoices
- Prime Contracts
- Purchase Orders
- Subcontractor Invoices
- Subcontracts tools
- Filters are not available for the following Procore tools:
Filter Extracts by Status
You can filter extracts based on the following status and view them on the Data Extracts page:
- Draft
- Scheduled
- In Progress
- Cancelling
- Cancelled
- Completed
- Partially Completed
- Failed
- Expired
Manage Filters for Procore Tools
You can configure the filters of various Procore tools and select the specific data needed for the extract.
- In the Procore tool, click the
filters icon to see the available fields to filter data for your tool. - Click the drop-down menu for the field that you want to filter your data by.
- If the field is a text string or a number, select one or more values to include in the filter.
- If the field is a date value, configure the following option(s):
- Single. Click the calendar icon to select a fixed date.
- Range. Click calendar icons to select a date range.
- The filtered data is displayed based on the selected criteria.
