To view a Daily Log canned report.

Background

A Daily Log canned report in Procore is a pre-built, standardized report that gives you a quick overview of a project's activities, events, and conditions for a specific day.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' or above permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.
  • 'Read Only' or above permissions on the project's Reports tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Daily Log tool.
2. In the header of the Daily Log tool, you will find a Reports drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Reports drop-down menu to see a list of pre-built reports. These might include:
   • Daily Log Notes
   • Assignment
   • Timecards
   • And others, depending on the tool's configuration.
4. Clicking on a report will redirect you to the project's reporting tool, where the selected report is automatically generated. From there, you can view the data, apply additional filters, and export it as a PDF or Excel file.
