Search and Filter for Coordination Issues

Objective

To search and filter for a coordination issue.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read-only' permissions or above on the project's Coordination Issues tool.

Steps

From the Procore plugin
  1. Open the Navisworks Manage application on your computer.
  2. Open the model you're working with.
    Note: Make sure the model is associated with a project in Procore. See Associate a Model with a Procore Project.
  3. Click the Procore tab to open up the Procore plugin.
    Tip! Click the title bar of the Procore plugin and drag it to the right, left, bottom, or top of your application or to another monitor so you can view both Procore and your model at the same time. 
  4. Click the Issues icon to open up the Issues tool. 
  5. Click the All Issues tab to view all issues in the project that you have access to. Click the Assigned to Me tab to view all issues in the project that are assigned to you.
  6. Type a keyword in the Search field.
    The search query's scope includes the following fields:
    • Title
    • Number
    • Assignee Company
      Note: If the assignee has no company, search by "no company."
  7. Click the magnifying glass icon or Enter on your keyboard to initiate the search.
    The system reveals a list that matches your search criteria.
From the Coordination Issues tool
  1. Navigate to the project level Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
  2. Click the All Issues tab to view all issues in the project that you have access to. Click the Assigned to Me tab to view all issues in the project that are assigned to you.
  3. Type a keyword in the Search field. 
    Click the magnifying glass icon or Enter on your keyboard to initiate the search.
    The search query's scope includes the following fields:
    • Title
    • Number 
  4. Add filters to filter your results.
    Choose to filter by the following fields:
    • Assignee Company
    • Assignee
    • Created By
    • File
    • Location
    • Status
  5. You will see a list that matches your search criteria below the search and filter parameters.
