Submit a Bid on Behalf of a Subcontractor

Objective

To submit a bid for a subcontractor in the Bidding tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • ''Admin' level permissions on the project's Bidding tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • If a subcontractor submits a bid through email, the bid can be submitted in Procore on the subcontractor's behalf.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool. 
  2. Click View for to the Bid Package you want to submit the bid to.
  3. Click View next to the Bidder's name you want to submit on behalf of
    OR
    Click the Add Bidders button to add a new bidder, see Search for and Invite Bidders.
  4. Fill out the Bid Sheet section.
    Note: You can attach proposals and other documents in the Attachments section.
  5. Click Submit Bid.
