Export a Bid Package's Bid List

Objective

To export a bid package's bid list to a PDF or CSV.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Bidding tool.
    OR
  • You created the bid package.
    OR
  • You are a user cc'd on the bid package.
    OR
  • You are the Bid Package Manager.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.
2. Open the bid package. 
3. Click the Bidders tab.
   Note: If your project has been updated to Bid Management Enhanced Experience, click the Bidding tab. 
4. Click the Export menu and select PDF or CSV.
