A

Active 

Active. Click the toggle to the ON position to set the project to Active, or click the toggle to the OFF position to set the project to Inactive.

Active Project?

Active Project? Mark the checkbox to indicate that the job is an active project in your company's Procore account. Clear the checkbox to place the project in the inactive status. 

Actual Start Date

Actual Start Date. This reflects the date from the project's schedule upload. See Upload a Project Schedule File to Procore's Web Application. If you do NOT upload a schedule, it inherits the value that is entered in the 'Estimated Start Date' field.  If the 'Estimated Start Date' field is blank, the system uses the date the project was created. If you want to manually override this date, mark the checkbox next to 'Override Imported Schedule Date' and then choose a date.

Address

Address. Enter the address of the project's job site. If your project has a different physical and postal address, it is recommended that you enter the physical address of the job site. This ensures that the system Latitude/Longitude values are accurately calculated to the job site, which will improve the accuracy of the 'Project Weather' forecast on the Project Home page and Weather Log information in the Daily Log tool.

Bid Type

Bid Type. Select the bid type from the list. These selections are created with the company's Admin tool. See Add a Custom Bid Type.

City

City. Enter the city for the job site. 

Code

Code. The code is used as an abbreviation for the sub job in the Budget and Schedule of Values (SOV) import templates. You can enter any combination of alphanumeric characters.

Copy People From

Copy People From. Select one of the project's from your company's Procore account to copy the people from that project's Directory tool into your new project's Directory tool. 

Country/State

Country/State. Enter the country and state for the job site.

County

County. The system uses a third-party service to automatically determine the county name. If the county determined is not accurate (which can happen if your project is located on or near a designated county line, or when the address is a remote location), you can mark the Override checkbox to manually enter the correct County name.

Departments

Departments. Choose one or more departments of your company that is working on this project. This will be reflected in the Timecard tool, Directory tool, and additional places throughout Procore depending on your settings. See Add a Custom Department.

Enable DocuSign

Enable DocuSign. Mark the checkbox to enable the Procore + DocuSign Integration. See DocuSign.

Estimated Completion Date

Estimated Completion Date. Set the estimated completion date for the project. After the project has started, you can compare this field against your actual finish date.

Estimated Project Value

Estimated Project Value. Set the estimated value for the project.

Estimated Start Date

Start Date*. This represents the date that the project will start and also will be used to calculate construction volume.

Job Fax

Job Fax. Enter the fax number to receive faxes for the project.

Job Number

Job ID. Enter an ID number for your project.

Job Phone

Job Phone. Enter the phone number of the primary contact phone number for the job site.

Latitude/Longitude

Latitude/Longitude. Enter the exact coordinates for your job site. If your company's Procore account is configured to use the weatherunderground service and you want the service to calculate project weather using the latitude/longitude values, mark the Override checkbox. Location

Location. Select a multi-tiered location from this list. If your Project Administrator has enabled the multi-tiered location functionality on the project, you may also be able to create a new location to add the master list of project locations. Non-Commitment Costs

Non-Commitment Costs. Mark the checkbox to record costs for line items not associated with a Commitment using Change Events. A new cost column will appear on Change Event line items that can be used to record approved costs that are not associated with a Commitment or Commitment Change Order. This column will be available as a configurable column.

Office

Office. Choose the office that is managing this project. See Add an Office Location.

Override Imported Schedule Date

Override Imported Schedule Date. If you have uploaded a schedule to the project's Schedule tool (see Upload a Project Schedule File to Procore's Web Application), the dates from that schedule appear here. To override the uploaded schedule dates, mark the checkbox. The dates are reflected in the Actual Start and/or Projected Finish dates that display in the Overview of the company's Portfolio tool (see Switch Between the Views in the Project List).

Owner Type

Owner. Select the owner type from the list. These selections are created with the company's Admin tool. See Add a Custom Owner Type.

Parent Job

Parent Job. Select the name of the parent project in Procore from the list. In Procore, a parent job is a Procore project that has been designated as the 'parent' project for one or more related project(s) in Procore's Portfolio tool. To learn more, see What's the difference between a job, a parent job, and a sub job?

Prevent Overbilling on this Project

Prevent Overbilling on this Project. Mark the checkbox to disable the 'Allow Over Billing' setting in the Configure Settings > Requisition Settings page of the project's Commitments tool. Note: This setting only affects requisitions (see Configure Settings: Commitments). It has no effect on payment applications.

Program

Program. Choose a program to organize the project under. This will be reflected in your Programs tab. See Add a Custom Program.

Project Description

Project Description. Enter a description for your project. 

Project Flag

Project Flag. Choose a project flag color you want to have appear next to this project in the Portfolio tab. The flag does not have an impact on the project, and is for organizational purposes only. 
Note: For example, you might want to flag all commercial projects as GREEN and all internal projects as RED.

Project ID/Number

Project ID/Number. Enter an ID number for your project.

Project Name

Project Name*. Enter or update the name of the project. This is a required field. 

Project Stage

Project Stage. Choose the stage your project is currently in. Certain stages enable certain actions in Procore (e.g. Bidding in the Bidding stage.) See Add Custom Project Stages to Your Company to add custom stages.

Project Type

Project Type. Choose a project type from the drop-down menu. These project types can be set in the Company level Admin tab. See Create Custom Project Types for more information.

Projected Finish Date

Projected Finish Date: This field is pulled from the last schedule task on the uploaded project schedule. If no schedule is uploaded, then you can manually update this field, or it will inherit the date of the "Estimated Completion Date" field. You can override this date using the "Override imported schedule date" checkbox. 
Note: The "Actual Completion Date" can be found in the Prime Contract tool under "General Information." You will be able to set this date as part of your prime contract.

Region

Region. Select the region for your project. These selections are created in the company's Admin tool. See Add Project Regions.

Remove Logo

Remove Logo. Click to remove the logo. Once you remove the logo, it will default to Procore's logo until you upload a new logo.
Note: This option will not appear if your project does not have a logo.

Square Feet

Square Feet. Enter the total number of square feet for your project. This will only be reflected here for informational purposes.

Sub Job

Sub Job. Enter the name that you want to assign to the sub job. 
Note: If your company has implemented the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration, see What is the maximum character length for a Sub Job?

Timezone

Timezone. Choose the correct time zone for the project. This time zone will determine time stamps on items in the project.

Upload Project Logo

Upload Project Logo. Logos must not exceed 200x70 pixels, and the file size must not exceed 3 MB. You can only upload one logo. See Upload a Project Logo for more information.

Warranty End Date

Warranty End Date. Select the end date for the construction contract warranty.

Warranty Start Date

Warranty Start Date. Select the start date for the construction contract warranty.

ZIP

ZIP. Enter the ZIP code. You can enter the 5-digit  'Zip Code' format (e.g. 93013)  or 'Zip Code + 4' format (for example, 93013-2931).
