Below are notable changes to the project's ction Plans tool in 2021.
'Edit Project Settings' Granular Permission Name Change (09/03/2021)
Procore has made a change to Action Plans granular permissions by changing the name of the 'Edit Project Settings' granular permission to 'Edit Notifications'. All functionality will remain the same for the granular permission, see Grant Granular Permissions in a Project Permissions Template.
Change history now available in Action Plans (08/23/2021)
Procore has updated the Project level Action Plans tool to allow users with 'Admin' permissions to view the change history of an Action Plan, see View the Change History of an Action Plan.
Additional role columns have been added to the notification matrix (07/12/2021)
Notifications for the project's Action Plans tool can now be configured for the following roles (in addition to Assignees) on an action plan:
- Creator
- Plan Manager
- Plan Approver
- Plan Receiver
Three new notifications have been added for Action Plans tool (07/12/2021)
Action Plan users now have the ability to configure the following new notifications:
- # of days until an item is due
- All assignee signatures for a plan have been collected
- An assignee was assigned items to a previously published plan
Push Notifications now available for Actions plans tool (06/13/2021)
Action Plan users now have the ability to receive push notifications on their iOS or Android devices when they are assigned work on an already published action plan. To begin receiving notifications users must have Push Notifications enabled on their mobile device for the Action Plans tool, see Action Plans Notifications.
Action Plans Notification: Assignee Assigned items to a previous plan (06/04/2021)
Users can now send notifications from the Action Plans tool to notify users when an assignee was assigned items to a previously published action plan, see Action Plans Notifications.
Action Plans Notification: Assigned Item Due Today (05/24/2021)
Users can now send notifications from the Action Plans tool to assignees who have an item due. See Action Plans Notifications.
Notifications Now Available in Action Plans (05/12/2021)
Users can now send notifications from the Action Plans tool on Procore's web application. Current functionality allows notifications to be sent when an assigned item is unblocked and the assignee can take action on the assigned item.
Deleted Action Plan Templates Now Available in the Recycle Bin (03/23/2021)
Users can now view deleted Action Plan Templates in the Recycle Bin.
New Project Level Action Plans Tool Now Available (03/08/2021)
Procore has added a new Quality & Safety tool called Action Plans to help users manage project milestones in one centralized location. The Action Plans tool can help you and your team streamline processes such as Inspections & Test Plans (ITPs), quality assurance plans, concrete pour plans, project startup plans, safety plans, and more.
