To delete a timecard entry from the Company level Timecard tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission: 'Admin' level permission on the Company level Timecard tool.
- Navigate to the Company level Timecard tool.
- Choose the person you would like to delete a timecard entry for.
- Choose the pay period of the timecard entry you would like to delete.
- Click the red X circle icon next to the timecard entry.
- Click OK in the "Are you sure?" window to confirm delete action.
Note: To view the deleted timecard entry, scroll to the bottom of that timecard entry page and click the icon to expand the Deleted Timecard Entries section.
