View Inactive Projects

Objective

To view inactive projects in your Company level Portfolio tool.

Background

An inactive project is one that is considered completed or obsolete. These projects are not selectable from the project drop-down menu and are only viewable by following the steps below. While these projects are marked as inactive, all items in the project are still viewable and interactive. You may wish to view an inactive project to extract information for records, or review past documentation.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: Users must satisfy one of the following permission requirements.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Portfolio tool.
    This reveals a list of active projects in the Projects view. 
    Note: Unless you are a Procore Administrator on your company's account, you will only be able to view projects to which you have been granted access permission. See Add a Person to the Project Directory
  2. Under Filter Projects By, select Inactive from the Status drop-down list.



    This filters the list to include only projects that have been placed into the Inactive status.
