    Learn which user permissions are required to take the described actions in this tool.

     Important

    Bidders must be added to the Company level Directory in order for you to invite them to bid on a project. Once a company is added to a bid package, bidders within that company will automatically be given access to the Planroom upon logging into Procore.

    Some actions that impact this tool are done in other Procore tools. See the User Permissions Matrix for the full list of actions taken in all other tools.

    Recent Changes

    Non Disclosure Agreements to View Bid Packages (07/22/2025)

    Procore supports Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect proprietary information in bid packages. Some bid packages will require sub contractors to sign an NDA before viewing the contents of the bid package. See Sign a Non Disclosure Agreement for a Bid Package.

    Enhanced Document Access in Planroom Tool (07/15/2025)

    Procore is improving the Bidding tool by allowing bidders to download individual documents from the Planroom, enhancing efficiency and reducing download times. Planroom tool users can access specific project documents, changes, and drawings without downloading entire bid packages.

    Enhanced Planroom Experience (04/22/2025)

    The Planroom user interface is being enhanced to provide a more seamless, user-friendly experience. There is no change to functionality. See Planroom Tutorials.
