Assign Default Project Permissions Templates in the Permissions Tool

A Default Permissions Template, is a project permissions template that is automatically applied for all future projects

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Permissions tool.

  2. Click the User Permissions tab.

  3. Assign permissions.

    • Single User

      1. Next to the user, click Actions and select Assign Default Project Permissions.

      2. Click Assign next to the project permissions template you want to assign to the user by default

      3. Click Confirm.

    • Bulk Assign Users

      1. Mark the checkbox next to the users you want to assign the same default project permissions template to.

      2. Click Bulk Actions and select Assign Default Project Permissions.

      3. Click Assign next to the project permissions template you want to assign to the users by default.

      4. Click Confirm.

         In Beta

        Company Administrators can enable the New Permissions User Interface beta in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

        Navigate to the company's Permissions tool.

        Click the User Permissions tab.

        Assign permissions.

        • Single User

          1. Next to the user, click Assign and select Default Project Permissions.

          2. Click Assign next to the company permissions template you want to assign to the user.

          3. Click Confirm.

        • Bulk Assign Users

          1. Mark the checkbox next to the users you want to assign the same company permissions template to.

          2. Click Assign Default Project Permissions.

          3. Click Assign next to the company permissions template you want to assign to the users.

          4. Click Confirm.
