Objective

To import a sub job from your ERP system into Procore using a supported ERP Integration.

Background

If you have created an item in your ERP system that your ERP integration supports in Procore as a 'sub job', you can import it into your Procore project.

Before the sub job is added to your Procore project, it will appear in the 'Sub Jobs' tab of the company's ERP Integrations tool. An accounting approver can import the sub job to Procore using the steps below.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
  2. Click Sub Jobs.
  3. Under Filters, click Ready to Import.
  4. Locate the desired Sub Job, then click Add to Procore
