Manage Apps

Background

As a Company Administrator you can use the App Management page to view and manage the integrations that have been set up on your company account. App Management presents a high-level overview of all your available Apps.

Viewing Available Apps

Use the following steps to view the Apps that are available in your Company account.

  1. Launch Procore, select the Company you want to work in (if you have more than one), and navigate to the Company Admin tool.
  2. Click App Management in the right-hand pane. The Manage Apps page displays.

Each App in your Company account is listed in a table showing various attributes in columns.

  • Logo - official logo for the App
  • Name - official App name
  • Publisher - entity responsible for publishing the App
  • View - button that allows you to view details for a specific App

Viewing App Details

Use the following steps to view details on an App in your Company account.

  1. Launch Procore, select the Company you want to work in (if you have more than one), and navigate to the Company Admin tool.
  2. Click App Management in the right-hand pane. The Manage Apps page displays.
  3. Locate the App you want to view details for and click View.
  4. On the App Info page you will find the following attributes for the selected App.
    • Description - a brief description of the App and its capabilities
    • Built By - the name of the company that developed and maintains the App
    • Procore Marketplace - a link to the App tile on the Procore App Marketplace
    • Email - the email address for the company/developer
    • Website - company/developer website

Connecting an App

Use the following steps to connect an App in your Company account.

  1. Launch Procore, select the Company you want to work in (if you have more than one), and navigate to the Company Admin tool.
  2. Click App Management in the right-hand pane. The Manage Apps page displays.
  3. Click the Disconnected Apps tab.
  4. Locate the App you want to connect and click View.
  5. On the App Info page, click Reconnect.
  6. Confirm your request. The disconnected App moves to the Connected Apps tab.

Disconnecting an App

Use the following steps to disconnect an App in your Company account.

  1. Launch Procore, select the Company you want to work in (if you have more than one), and navigate to the Company Admin tool.
  2. Click App Management in the right-hand pane. The Manage Apps page displays.
  3. If not already visible, click the Connected Apps tab.
  4. Locate the App you want to disconnect and click View.
  5. On the App Info page, click Disconnect.
  6. Confirm your request. The disconnected App moves to the Disconnected Apps tab.

 

Note for App Developers

As an App Developer, if you begin seeing an "App is not connected to this company" warning message, it means that your your App has been disconnected from the company using the App Management page in Procore Web. As a result, your App is no longer able to access data in that company.
