Opting Out

If you exit the program via Procore Explore, the reversion is immediate. However, consider the following impacts on your data:

Create a New View

It remains visible in legacy.

Delete a View

It is deleted permanently.

Create a New View with only new Columns

It remains visible in legacy without any columns

Assign a new column to Workflow

It is NOT changed in legacy.

Assign a new column to Single Tool Reports

It is NOT changed in legacy.

Change a calculated column Formula

Changes are NOT reflected in the legacy experience.

Change a source column definition

Changes are NOT reflected in legacy

Create a snapshot on a new budget view with new or existing columns

Snapshots remain available. New columns are preserved within existing snapshots; however, these columns cannot be compared to the live budget in the legacy experience, as the legacy view does not support new column types.
