Updates to 'Create Item' Granular Permission for Correspondence Tool
Procore has updated the 'Create Item' granular permission for the project's Correspondence tool to allow users with the granular permission enabled on their permissions template to edit 'Draft' correspondence items that they created. Status Type Selection Available for Correspondence Custom Statuses
Procore has added the ability to select the type for custom statuses in the project's Correspondence tool. This allows users to map their custom statuses to Procore's global statuses (Open, Closed, and Draft) to help ensure appropriate email notifications are sent for items created with custom statuses.
