Action Plans

Action Plans Notification: Assigned Item Due Today

Users can now send notifications from the Action Plans tool to assignees who have an item due. See Action Plans Notifications.

Models

Show or Hide Objects on a Model in the Web Viewer

Similar to the functionality of the mobile viewer for the Models tool, Procore has added an 'Objects' feature to the web viewer. This feature allows you to view a file tree of objects from the model file so that you can show or hide specific elements while viewing the model. See View a Model.

Commitments

Added a 'Budget Code' Column to the Subcontractor SOV Tab of a Commitment

Procore has replaced the 'Sub Job' and 'Cost Code' columns in the 'Subcontractor SOV' tab with a new 'Budget Code' column. This new column will now appear in all of your Procore project's purchase orders and subcontracts. See Add a Subcontractor SOV to a Commitment and Update a Subcontractor SOV as an Invoice Contact. Added 'Budget Code' to Financial Markup

Procore has started to gradually roll out a new 'Budget Code' drop-down list in the 'Maps To' section of the 'Add Horizontal Markup' and 'Add Vertical Markup' dialog boxes. ERP Integrations

Edit Prime Contract SOV with Sage 300 CRE®

Companies integrated with Sage 300 CRE® now have the ability to edit SOV items  after a prime contract is imported from Sage 300 CRE®. Once the prime contract is imported into Procore, accounting approvers now have the ability to add and edit budget codes and descriptions allowing companies to fully utilize the features of Procore Financials tools. These updates can be made from the Prime Contracts tool under the  Schedule of Values tab.

Invoicing

Added a 'Budget Code' Column to the Subcontractor SOV Tab of a Commitment
