Added 'Work Classification' Column to the User Import Template

Procore has added a 'Work Classification' column to the user import template. Entries must match the 'Classifications' list in the Company Admin tool (see Add a Classification). Entries also interact with the Project level Timesheets tool (see Enable Classifications). To obtain the user import template, follow the steps in Download the User Import Template. New 'Correspondence' Tool is Now Available in the U.S.

The Correspondence tool is a flexible and configurable tool that enables users to elevate key communications out of email and into their Procore system of record. Correspondence functions similarly to a self-serve custom tool, enabling Company Admins to:

• Create multiple correspondence types.
• Determine what data/information or fieldsets will be associated with each type and project (including up to 15 custom fields).
• Customize granular, role-based permissions for each correspondence type.

Correspondence is available on the Procore iOS and Android mobile applications, can be reported on in the Reports tool, has full API support, shows up on the Project Overview, and can be extracted from by type in the Procore Extracts application. Added Support for Touch-Screen Devices Using Procore Web

Procore has added support for touch-screen devices (such as Microsoft Surface computers and digital plan tables) using the Drawings tool in the Procore web application. This means you can now add markups, link items, and pan/zoom on drawings using touch-gestures from all supported browsers. See View Drawings.

Formatting Update for Long Numbers in the Drawing No. Column 

Long drawing numbers will now wrap to a new line if the number is too long for the Drawing No. column. This improves visibility for drawing logs using long numbers. See View Drawings.

'Approver Comment' Column Added to Custom Reports for Submittals

Users can now include 'Approver Comment' in a custom Submittals report in the Reports tool. This allows users to have visibility into Approver Comments in Submittal reports. See Create a Custom Project Report or Create a Custom Company Report.
