Overdue Email Notifications According to Timezone

Users will now receive overdue email notifications for the Punch List, Observations, and Inspections tools at 6:00 a.m. in the timezone of the Procore account sending the emails. The timezone can be edited from the General Settings in the Company Admin tool. See Configure Your Company Settings.

Custom Translation for Observation Types

Procore has released the ability for users with 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Admin tool to configure translations for Observation Types created in the Observations tool. This allows teams who work in more than one language to maintain consistency at the project level when recording observations. See Add Custom Translations to Observation Types.

Create Custom Fields for the Documents Tool

Procore has added the ability for Company Admins to create custom fields for the Project level Documents tool. This allows your company to add additional fields that can be filled out in a project's Documents tool. See Create New Custom Fields.

After custom fields are used in a project's Documents tool, you can search for and filter by these fields. Currently, this is only available for custom fields of the Checkbox, Single Select, or Multi Select field types. See Search for and Filter Project Level Documents.

Activity Feed on List View Side Panel

As an improvement to the list view side panel introduced in April, the list view now includes the Activity Feed so users can quickly review all issue history, @comment collaborators, and more without opening a new browser tab. See View a Coordination Issue.

Create Configurable Fieldsets and Custom Fields for the Drawings Tool

Company Admins can now create new configurable fieldsets for the Drawings tool in order to designate which fields are required, optional, or hidden within projects. See Create New Configurable Fieldsets. After a fieldset is created, new custom fields can also be created and applied to the Drawings tool for one or more projects. See Create New Custom Fields.

With the ability to customize fields, you can ensure important information related to drawings is entered, and later create custom reports off this custom data. Configurations for fieldsets and custom fields are reflected in projects on Procore's web and mobile applications, so your configurations and custom fields are always presented.
