New Bulk > Invite Menu Option (12/13/2018)
A new Bulk Actions > Invite menu option has been added to the Company and Project Directory tools. When you have a batch of users to add in one session, this new menu commands saves administrators from having to individual click the Invite (or Reinvite) button on each row in the Users tab. New Project Health Dashboard (12/12/2018)
The Portfolio tool's new Health Dashboard began its rollout to Procore customers. The rollout is expected to take less than two weeks. This new dashboard that turns your individual project information into business intelligence by aggregating your company's data across project and tools—giving you a powerful snapshot of your entire portfolio's overall project health. Added Cost Codes to Filters in Bidders Search (12/11/2018)
Updated the Project Level Bidding tool to allow users to filter the Bidders Search table with multiple cost codes.
Planroom
Updated the Planroom File Expiration Tooltip (12/11/2018)
Updated the Project level Planroom tool to update a tooltip in the bid submission page that informs users if any of their attachment uploads have expired.
Photos
Change to Photo Upload Behavior when Private by Default (12/14/2018)
If photos are set to upload as Private by Default, the system will automatically disable the Create button and display text box explaining why it is not enabled.

Budget Imports Now Support the XLSX Format (12/11/2018)
Updated the Project level Budget tool so that users can now import a budget in the XLSX format.

Introducing Sub Job Exports for Sage 300 CRE
Procore is pleased to announce that users whose company account's have enabled the ERP Integrations tool for Procore + Sage 300 CRE (see Sage 300 CRE) can now export sub jobs. For details, see Procore + Sage 300 CRE®: Added the Ability to Export Sub Jobs.
Now Requiring Unique Contract Codes for PCCO Exports (12/11/2018)
To improve the experience for accounting approvers, the new Export PCCO feature now requires each new contract line item to be assigned a unique contract item code. See Accept or Reject a PCCO for Export to Sage 300 CRE.
Added Subjob Exports to for Sage 300 CRE to Procore's Daily Digest Email (12/11/2018)
If there are subjobs in the Ready to Export, Ready to Update, and Failed to Export filters of the ERP Integrations tool, the subjobs are now included in Procore's ERP Digest Email to accounting approvers.

The GoFormz/Procore integration allows Procore Administrators to dispatch and generate the creation of mobile forms with pre-populated fields based on any Procore Job Type/Record. End-users can complete the mobile forms both online and offline. Once the mobile form is completed the Procore Record will be automatically created and/or updated. PDF of the completed form will be attached to the Procore record. See GoFormz.
