Updated Overdue Items Digest Email (10/8/2018)
Updated the order that items appear in the Overdue Items digest email. Items are now listed by the project in ascending order by due date (i.e., most to least overdue), item, number, and description.
Custom Reports for Multiple Tools Now Start on New Page in the Export PDF (10/11/2018)
When you create a custom report that contains data from multiple Procore tools, each tool's data appears on a separate tab. Now, when you export one of those reports, the report data for each tab starts on a new page. Prior to this release, multi-tool reports were continuous. This helps to clarify where the report data starts for each tab. See Create a Custom Company Report and Create a Custom Project Report.
Updated Export PDF Photo Display (10/11/2018)
Updated the Export PDF feature in the Reports tool so that now, if multiple photos are being exported, two (2) photos display on each page instead of one (1).
Create an Instruction from an RFI (10/10/2018)
For clients in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand who have enabled the Project level Instructions tool, Procore has added a new Create Instruction button on the view page of an RFI. This gives users with the appropriate permissions to the Project level Instructions and RFIs tools the ability to create instructions from an RFI. See Instructions: Create a New Instruction from an RFI.
