    • Added a 'Confirm All' Button to New Review Page (1/26/2018)

Updated the New Drawing Review Page to add a new 'Confirm All' button that allows users to confirm uploaded drawings in batches of ten (10).

    • Updated PDF Export Filenames (1/24/2018)

Updated the project's Schedule tool to improve how exported PDF files are named. This makes file names more uniform with the conventions used by other Procore tools:

      • For 'All' Export: Schedule Items (All)_YYYY-MM-DD.pdf
      • For 'Day' Export: Schedule Items (Day)_YYYY-MM-DD.pdf
      • For 'Week' Export: Schedule Week View (YYYY-MM-DD - YYYY-MM-DD).pdf
      • For 'Month' Export: Schedule Month View _YYYY-MM.pdf
    • Added Inline Editing on Package View (1/24/2018)

Updated the Submittals tool so now the 'Sent Date' and 'Return Date' for a single approver on a submittal package can be edited inline.

    • Added Payment Applications Support for the Procore + DocuSign Integration (1/27/2018)

Updated the project's Prime Contract tool to team's using the Procore + DocuSign integration (see DocuSign) with the ability to sign Payment Applications.

    • Introducing the Project Level Forms Tool (1/24/2018)

The new Forms tool gives your users the ability to upload any existing Fillable PDF Forms your company sends to collaborators to complete during the project lifecycle. Users with 'Admin' level permission will be able to select and add pre-existing custom templates to a project. Team members can also fill out, save, and store Fillable PDF Forms in Procore.

      • Forms is only available to clients who have purchased the Quality + Safety Product Line.
      • Support for Forms is available on Android and iOS. See Forms (Android) and  Forms (iOS).
      • Why? Prior to the Forms tool, clients stored various forms in the Documents tool.  This was very inefficient because if any of these forms were updated, clients would have to rely on users to save the new form to their folders or update the file themselves.
