'Default Assignee' On Project Observation Template Can Now Have 'Standard' Level Permission
Updated the Project level Observations tool so that when users create an observation template, they can now select users with 'Standard' level permission from the 'Default Assignee' drop-down list. See Create a Project Level Observation Template.
