Mobile: Ending Support for Older Versions of the Procore iOS and Android Mobile Apps

End of Support for Older Procore Mobile App Versions
In an effort to provide optimal and secure mobile experiences for users, Procore has ended support for the following as of February 1, 2022:
- Procore iOS app versions released before November 2020 (v2020.1130)
- Procore Android app versions released before January 2021 (v2021.0127.2298)
As technology continues to evolve, Procore is committed to incorporating changes at a rate that strikes a balance between supporting older versions and ensuring being able to consistently deliver the best experiences. Starting February 1, 2022, Procore mobile app users on iOS versions older than v2020.1130 and Android versions older than v2021.0127.2298 will no longer be able to use the Procore Mobile app. This is due to Procore Mobile app development migrating to Rest, Procore’s new API that replaced the previously deprecated Vapid API.
What should I do?
No action is required if you are using a Procore mobile app version later than v2020.1130 for iOS, or later than v2021.0127.2298 for Android. You can view your current app version at the bottom of the Settings page in the app.
If you are using an earlier version, you will need to update the Procore app on your device. See the following resources:
We encourage all Procore users to update to the latest versions of iOS and Android software and the Procore app for the best stability, security, and feature compatibility.
Note: If you are unable to update the Procore app past the supported versions mentioned above, you will need to update the iOS or Android software version on your mobile device. See Getting Started (iOS) or Getting Started (Android) for current software requirements.
