New Embedded Experience and Updates to App Management
Procore is excited to announce the release of the new Embedded Experience for third-party Apps as well as powerful new capabilities for the App Management feature.
Embedded Experience
Apps enabled for the embedded experience are accessible from and display directly in Procore without requiring the user to switch between Procore and external services and tools. Embedded Apps provide a seamless experience for users and help improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Custom third-party Apps developed by Procore customers well as Marketplace Apps developed by Procore technology partners can now take advantage of the embedded experience. Here is an example of the Google SheetsTM embedded App running inside Procore!
In addition to providing an improved user experience for Procore end users, the Procore Developer Portal has been enhanced to make creating and tracking embedded Apps easier than ever. Procore technology partners now have greater control over their App listing on the Procore Marketplace and access to a more streamlined App review process.
App Management Updates
The App Management feature in Procore's Admin tool has been enhanced to provide Procore company administrators and project users with improved App management capabilities including installing and uninstalling Apps, configuring Apps for use in specific projects, as well as access to App usage metrics. The new App Management updates provide a powerful and flexible way to manage Apps and how your organization consumes them.
