Quickly Access Items with 'Bookmarks' and 'Recent Drawings'

Procore has added two new Quick Action features to the home screen of the Procore mobile app for iOS and Android: Bookmarks and Recent Drawings.

Bookmarks

The 'Bookmarks' feature allows you to bookmark (save) certain items so that they show up at the top of the home screen. You can save up to 24 items as bookmarks and remove them as bookmarks when needed. See Add and Manage Bookmarks (iOS) or Add and Manage Bookmarks (Android).

The following tools currently support bookmarks:

  • Change Events
  • Commitments
  • Drawings
    Note: To add a drawing as a bookmark, press and hold over the drawing in the List view and tap Bookmark.
  • Incidents
  • Inspections
  • Observations
  • Punch List
  • RFIs
  • Submittals
  • T&M Tickets

Recent Drawings

A new 'Recent Drawings' section of the home screen shows up to 5 of the last drawings that you have viewed in the app, with the most recently viewed drawing appearing first. See View Recent Drawings from the Home Screen (iOS) or View Recent Drawings from the Home Screen (Android).

Note: Recent drawings always load the latest drawing revision.
