Manage User Requests to Join Your Company
Users creating an account on Procore can request to join an existing company. If a user requests to join your company, Admins at your company will receive a notification. They can log into Procore and approve or decline the request, streamlining account creation for your company.
This feature is available for both free and paid Procore company accounts.
Details
Paid Procore Accounts
When a user makes a request, your company's Directory Admins will receive an email notification. In the company Directory, they can approve or decline the request. Approved users will be added to your company's Directory.
Free Procore Accounts
When a user makes a request, your company's System Admins will receive an email notification. In the Team tool, they can approve or decline the request. Approved users will be added to your company's Team tool.
