Instructions: Create an Instruction from an RFI

For clients in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand who have enabled the Project level Instructions tool, Procore has added a new Create Instruction button on the view page of an RFI. This gives users with the appropriate permissions to the Project level Instructions and RFIs tools the ability to create instructions from an RFI.
