Added an Edit Button to the Inactive Users Tab
Updated the Company and Project level Admin tool to add an Edit button to the Inactive Users tab. Please note that this tab is only visible and available to 'Admin' users only, so users who have been granted the 'Create and Edit Users (Assignable Permission Templates Only)' granular permission will NOT have access permission edit inactive users. See Edit a User Account in the Project Directory.
