Action Plans: Private Action Plans

Set Visibility for Action Plans You Create

Procore has added the ability to make the Action Plans you create private, allowing you to choose who should have access to view the Action Plan. Privacy is also configurable when making company level and project level templates. Stakeholders associated with the action plan, such as assignees, approvers, receivers, and plan managers automatically see private action plans.

Additional people can see private action plans if they have 'Admin' level permissions or higher on the Action Plans tool, or if they have the granular permissions to sign on behalf of other users in their company. See Who can see private action plans?
