Directory: Expired Insurance Policies Status Changed to "Non-Compliant"

Previously, when a vendor's insurance policy expired in Procore, the vendor's status did not update to reflect the expiration. 

Now, when a vendor's insurance policy expires in Procore, the status will automatically be updated to "Non-Compliant" in the company or project Directory.
