View Timesheets for All Projects (iOS)

Objective

To view timesheets for all projects on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Timesheets tool.
• Additional Information:
  • You can only view timesheets on projects to which you have access.
    Note: If you do not have access, you will see "Other Projects" listed under a user. However, the Total Time will include all entered time for the user.
  • This view will display the following users:
    • Members of Crew of which you are the Crew Lead.
    • Any user you have logged time for during the selected week.

Prerequisites

• Create a Timesheet (iOS)

Steps

1. Navigate to the Timesheets tool on an iOS mobile device.
2. Click All Projects.
   
   
    
3. Optional: Tap the week for which you want to display timesheets.
4. Click the employee name for whom you want to view timesheets for all projects.
