Approve an Action Plan to be Performed (iOS)

Objective

To approve an action plan on an iOS mobile device.

Background

If you have been designated as an Action Plan Approver on an action plan, your signature is requested to confirm that the action plan is ready to be performed.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions on the project's Action Plans tool with the 'Sign as Action Plan Approver' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
    OR
  • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool.
• Limitations:
  • The action plan cannot be signed by an Action Plan Approver while the action plan is in 'Edit' mode.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap the action plan that you want to add your signature to.
3. Tap Show next to General Information.
4. Under Action Plan Approvers, tap your name.
5. Add your signature and then tap Done.

    Important

   By tapping "Done" you are signing this form electronically, and agree that your electronic signature is the equivalent of your manual signature.
