Add Notes to an Action Plan Item (iOS)

Objective

To add notes to an action plan item on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool with the 'Create and Edit Action Plan' granular permission enabled on your permission template.
    Note: You can only add or edit notes for action plans that you have access to.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap the action plan that you want to open.
3. Tap the item that you want to add notes to.
4. Scroll to the 'Notes' section and click Add.
5. Enter your note.
6. Click Create to add your note.
   Note: If you need to edit your note, you can click Edit to make changes or delete the note.
