The minimum operating system requirement for the Procore app is iOS 16.1. The Procore app also supports iOS 17. Beta OS versions are not supported.
In order to continue receiving automatic Procore iOS app enhancements and bug fixes, your iOS mobile device will need to be updated to at least iOS 16.1, but we recommend updating your mobile device to the most recent version of iOS for the best experience. Most devices using the Procore app today already run a supported version of iOS or are eligible to update to iOS 17 at no cost. If your device cannot run iOS 16 or iPad OS 16, we recommend upgrading that device to ensure continued app support. See the list of compatible devices in the Which devices are compatible? section below.
If you do not update your mobile device to iOS 16.1 or later, you can still use the version of the Procore app that is already installed on your device, but you will not be able to receive app updates or bug fixes for the app. We cannot guarantee how long the installed version will continue to work without issues.
Your device can be updated by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update. To view more information on updating your device, see Apple's support article: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Note: If your device is issued and managed by your company, you may need to contact your IT department to perform the update.
The following devices are compatible with iOS 16, and 17 and iPad OS 16, and 17:
Note: Newer devices that are not listed below can also be used for the Procore iOS app, but may require a later software version.
