View Items Associated with a Location (Android)

Objective

To view items associated with a location in the Locations tool.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the relevant tools.
• Additional Information:
  • 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the tools you want to view items for.
    Note: For example, in order to view observations associated with the location, you would need 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Observations tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using an Android mobile device.
2. Choose one of the following options to open the location you want to view items for:
   • Scan a QR code:
     1. Tap QR Code and point your camera at the QR code. See Scan a Location QR Code.
   • Select a location from the list of locations.
     1. Tap the location to select it.
     2. Tap Done to confirm the location. 
3. Any items that have been associated with this location are listed under their respective tools, including the following: 
   • Punch List
   • Observations
   • Incidents
   • Inspections
   • Action Plans
   • RFIs
   • Submittals
   • Photos
4. Tap an item to view its details.
