To search for files and folders on the Documents tool from your Android device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the Company level Documents tool.
Note: You will only see search results for documents that you have permissions to view.
- Additional Information:
- The system searches the following fields for keyword matches: Filename, Path, and Description.

This asset or item can be viewed or edited in offline mode if it was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.
Steps
- Navigate to the project level Documents tool on your Android mobile device.
- Tap Search

- Enter a keyword you want to search for in the search box.
- Tap the file for which you want to view more details.
