Send Procore Project into Xero

Objective

Create a link between a Procore Project and Xero.

Background

Procore data is tied to Projects. In order to send data between systems, the Procore Project must be tied to the Xero Tracking Category called "Project".

Things to Consider

  • You will need permissions to edit a project in Procore.

Steps

You can do this in two ways:

  1. Project Stage - set the Project stage to "Send to Xero" and run the "All Projects" integration.

OR

  1. Project Number  - set the Project Number in Procore and run the "One Project" integration, using that Project Number as the parameter.

Next Steps

  • You can now use this project to integrate Commitments, Progress Claims, or Invoices between the systems.
