Re-import a Sage 300 CRE Prime Contract with Procore


To re-import a Sage 300 CRE® prime contract using the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration. 


The integration between your prime contract in Sage 300 CRE® is a one-way sync. This means that you can create a prime contract in Sage 300 CRE® and then import it into Procore. You can then choose between (1) continuing by updating and maintaining your prime contract in Procore, or (2) updating and maintaining your prime contract in Sage 300 CRE® and then using the steps below to re-import your latest prime contract data into Procore. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the ERP Integrations tool.
    • 'Admin' level permission on the Project level Prime Contract tool.
  • Prerequisites:
    The instructions below assume the following:
    • The Company level ERP Integrations tool has been configured to work with your company's Procore account. See Sage 300 CRE: Setup Guide.
    • The Sage 300 CRE® prime contract that you want to sync with Procore has been updated. For example, you've added one or more line item(s) or changed existing line item(s).
  • Additional Information:
    You will not be able to sync a prime contract when:
    • The prime contract is in unapproved state. 
    • The prime contract does not belong to a synced job.
    • The prime contract has inadvertently been added to two projects in your company's Procore account. 


  1. Navigate to the Company level ERP Integrations tool. 
    This reveals the Sage 300 CRE® Integration page.
  2. Click the Prime Contracts tab. 
    This opens the Sage 300 CRE® page in the Prime Contracts tab.
  3. Click the Synced link in the right sidebar. 
  4. Locate the desired project's budget in the Sage 300 CRE® Prime Contracts Ready to be Imported list. 
  5. Click Re-Import
    Note: If this button is grayed out and unavailable, there are no new line items in the Sage 300 CRE® prime contract to import.
