Below are the notable changes to the Procore + Sage 300 CRE integration in 2018.

Introducing Sub Job Exports for Sage 300 CRE 

Procore is pleased to announce that users whose company account's have enabled the ERP Integrations tool for Procore + Sage 300 CRE (see Sage 300 CRE) can now export sub jobs. For details, see Procore + Sage 300 CRE: Added the Ability to Export Sub Jobs.

Now Requiring Unique Contract Codes for PCCO Exports (12/11/2018) 

To improve the experience for accounting approvers, the new Export PCCO feature now requires each new contract line item to be assigned a unique contract item code. See Accept or Reject a PCCO for Export to Sage 300 CRE.

Added Subjob Exports to for Sage 300 CRE to Procore's Daily Digest Email (12/11/2018) 

If there are subjobs in the Ready to ExportReady to Update, and Failed to Export filters of the ERP Integrations tool, the subjobs are now included in Procore's ERP Digest Email to accounting approvers. 

Added the Ability to Export Sub Jobs (12/10/2018)

If your company's Procore account is using the ERP Integrations tool with the Procore + Sage 300CRE, you can now export sub jobs. To learn more, see Procore + Sage 300 CRE: Added the Ability to Export Sub Jobs

Add Multiple Line Items from the Same Potential Change Order to a New Prime Contract Line Item (10/25/2018) 

Updated the Project level Prime Contract tool so that company accounts that integrated Procore with Sage 300 CRE can now assign multiple line items from the same Potential Change Order to a new Prime Contract line item. 

Maximum Limit of Ten (10) Characters for Sub Job (9/6/2018)

Updated the Company level ERP Integrations tool for the Procore + Sage 300 CRE integration so the system now checks the Sub Job field for character length. Sage 300 CRE specifies a maximum limit of ten (10) characters on Sub Job names. See Add a Sub Job to a Procore Project and What is the maximum character length for a Sub Job?

Added an 'ERP Integrations' Link Under 'Configurations' in the Budget Tool's Sidebar (8/27/2018)

If your company's Procore account has enabled the Company level Integrations tool, users with 'Read Only' level permission or higher to the ERP Integrations tool will now be able to click a new 'ERP Integrations' link under the 'Configurations' section of the Budget Tool's sidebar. This provides end users with quicker access to the ERP Integrations tool. 

New 'Send and Retrieve Budgets from ERP' Granular Permission (8/14/2018)

Added a new 'Send and Retrieve Budgets from ERP' granular permission. Previously, only users with 'Admin' level permission could perform this task. Now, privilege to perform this task can be granted to end users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permission on the Budget tool. Add Contract Item Codes for New Prime Contract Line Items (8/6/2018) 

Updated the ERP Integrations tool for Sage 300 CRE to end users can now add contract item codes for new Prime Contract line items created during the creation of a Prime Contract Change Order.

Added ERP ID to Edit Contact Information Page (6/14/2018)

Updated the Company level Directory tool's Edit Contact Information page to add the 'ERP ID' field under Company Information. This is useful for correlating companies when your company's Procore account is integrated with one of the systems that can be integrations with Procore's Company level ERP Integrations tool. 

Sage 300 CRE v18.1 Now Supported (5/22/2018)

The Procore + Sage 300 CRE integration now supports Sage 300 CRE v18.1. For a complete list of supported versions, see About the Sage 300CRE Connector.

Enabled the Send to ERP Button in the New Project Creation Assistant (3/29/2018)

For users with permission to create projects in Procore, we've streamlined the experience by introducing the new Project Creation Assistant. With this new experience, you can now create projects consistently and efficiently across your company. Configure the project's toolbox, set up cost codes & cost types, add companies & people, and upload drawings & specifications in one continuous setup flow. Renamed the Change Orders Tab (3/26/2018)

Updated the Company level ERP Integrations tool to rename the 'Change Orders' subtab to the 'Commitment Change Orders' tab. In the future, Procore will be introducing the "Prime Contract Change Orders" tab, so the system needs to clarify that "Change Orders" tab is only for "Commitment Change Orders."

Updated ERP Icon Color Scheme (2/16/2018)

If your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool for use with an integrated ERP system, color-coded icons and ribbons appear in relevant areas of Procore. This visually highlights the data, to help you quickly identify its current state. For details, see ERP Integrations: Updated Color Scheme for ERP Icons.

Updated 'Add Filter' in Companies Tab of Directory Tools To Reflect Cost Code Configuration (2/14/2018)

Updated the selections in the 'Add Filter' drop-down list for the Company and Project level Directory tools. Now, if the company account is using an ERP integration (e.g., Dexter + Chaney Spectrum, QuickBooks, Sage 300 CRE, or Viewpoint Vista), the available selection in the list will show the appropriate cost code types that are available (e.g., Sage 300 CRE Cost Code, QuickBooks Cost Code, and so on). If the ERP Integrations tool is NOT enabled, this selection reads 'Cost Code' or 'Company Name Cost Code.'

Added Sage 300 CRE Standard Cost Codes to Project Directory Tool's Add Filter Drop-Down List (2/07/2018)

Updated the Project Directory (Beta View) so that now, if your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool, the Add Filter drop-down list in the Companies view shows 'Sage 300 Cost Codes' as a filter option. Prior to this update, the 'Cost Codes' filter showed the Sage 300 CRE Cost Codes, but it was not explicitly labeled.
