Procore

2017

Below are notable changes for the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration for 2017.

Added Configuration To Enable/Disable Vendor Insurance Sync From Sage (8/2/2017)

Added new ERP configuration that enables or disables vendor insurance importing. Users can now determine whether to import and continually sync vendor insurance information from Sage.

Directory Tool's Insurance Fields Now Lock When Vendor Insurance Synced (5/30/2017)

Updated the ERP Integrations tool so that now, the system locks the insurance fields when a Sage 300 CRE vendor with insurance information is synced with Procore. The list of fields in the Company level Directory tool that now lock when data is synced include: Insurance Type (e.g., General, Automotive, Umbrella, and Worker's), Effective Date, Expiration Date, Limit Amount, Name, and Policy Number. See Which Insurance Fields in a Procore Company Sync with Sage 300 CRE?

Import Insurance Info into Procore for ERP-synced Sage 300 CRE Vendors (5/30/2017)

Updated the Company level ERP Integrations tool so that when the system is configured to work with Sage 300 CRE, insurance information is now imported when syncing a Sage AP Vendor. This eliminates the need for users to perform double-entry in both Procore and Sage. With this update, insurances can be synced two (2) ways: (1) At the Company level (All vendors for that ERP-integrated company will be synced), and (2) By Individual Vendor (This method only brings over the specific vendor's insurance). See Which Insurance Fields in a Procore Company Sync with Sage 300 CRE?

Added Details Button To ERP Integration Tool's Budget Tab (4/18/2017)

Updated the ERP Integrations tool to add a 'Details' button to the table in the Budget tab. This lets accounting approvers view the Original Budget and Budget Updates before accepting or rejecting the budget for export to the integrated ERP system. See Accept or Reject a Budget for Export to Sage 300 CRE.

Users Can Now Export Budget Modifications to Sage 300 CRE (4/7/2017)

Updated Procore to provide customers using the company's ERP Integrations tool with the ability to export budget modifications to Sage 300 CRE. See Export a Budget to Sage 300 CRE.

Changed the Maximum Character Length for Commitment Titles (3/13/2017)

Updated the ERP Integrations tool to change how the system determines the maximum character length for the 'Title' of a commitment.  See What is the maximum character length of a commitment's 'Title'? for more information.

Updated Filters For Job Costs Tab In ERP Integrations Tool (1/25/2017)

Updated ERP Job Cost tab in the ERP Integrations tool so user's can now filter out any cost code category combinations that have no transactions tied to them.

Added Imported Commitment Change Orders To Synced Folder (1/6/2017)

Updated the ERP Integrations tool for Sage 300 CRE. Now, when the system imports Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) from Sage, they display as expected in the 'Synced' folder under the Change Orders subtab of the ERP Integrations tool.
