To refresh the vendor list in the ERP Integrations tool.
If you update a company record in Procore's Directory tool after you data is synced, user the Refresh Vendor list button in the Vendors tab of the ERP Integrations tool to refresh the record. This is an important step to do at regular intervals, to ensure that all updates made to your company records in Procore are synced to its linked vendor record Viewpoint® Spectrum®.
IMPORTANT! If you add a new company record to Procore's Directory, the Refresh Vendor List button will have not affect. You must first export the new record to Viewpoint® Spectrum® using the Integration by Procore. See Integration by Procore: Add a Procore Company into Viewpoint® Spectrum®.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the ERP Integrations tool.
- Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
- Click the Vendors tab.
- Click the Refresh Vendor List button in the right pane.
This moves any updated data into the vendor list. The changes will be available in Procore after the data is synced.
