Integration by Procore: Create and Sync Viewpoint® Spectrum® Vendors and Procore Companies

Objective

To create and sync Viewpoint® Spectrum® vendor and Procore company records using the Integration by Procore.

Background

For vendor/company records, the Integration by Procore provides users with a two-way sync (a.k.a., bidirectional sync) between the Directory tools for your Procore projects and Viewpoint® Spectrum® jobs. This means data can either be synced (1) From Procore to Viewpoint® Spectrum®, or (2) From Viewpoint® Spectrum® to Procore. To learn the steps to create and sync data between these two systems, review the information below.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the ERP Integrations tool. 
      AND
    • 'Admin' level permission to the company's Directory tool.
