Configure the Sync Schedule for Spectrum

Objective

To configure the automatic data synchronization schedule for the Procore and Dexter + Chaney Spectrum integration.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the ERP Integrations tool.
  • Additional Information:
    You can configure the sync schedule for the following items:
    • Standard and Project Cost Codes and Project Job Costs
    • Spectrum Vendor list
    • Spectrum Job List

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
    This reveals the Dexter + Chaney Spectrum Integration page. 
  2. Click the Configure ERP Integration Settings link in the right pane.
  3. Click the Sync Schedule link in the right pane.


     
  4. Under the Sync Schedule area, choose Hourly, Every 4 HoursDaily (this is the default setting), or Never from the corresponding drop-down list :
    • Sync Standard and Project Cost Codes and Project Job Costs. This automatically syncs the standard and/or project costs codes. It also syncs the project's job costs. 
    • Refresh Spectrum Vendor List. This automatically syncs the vendor list in Spectrum. 
    • Refresh Spectrum Job List.  This automatically syncs the job list in Spectrum. 
  5. Click Update.
