Why is the browse button missing in the Documents tool?

The most common answer to this question is because Flash is not enabled on your web browser. To fix this issue, choose the appropriate steps below to enable Flash in your web browser:

Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Gear in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Go to Manage add-ons.
  3. On the right hand side, click Toolbars and Extensions.
  4. Click Shockwave Flash Object.
  5. Enable Shockwae Flash in the bottom right corner.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click Settings in the top right hand corner.
  2. Click Add ons.
  3. Click Plugins on the left hand side of the window.
  4. Click Always Activate next to Shockwave Flash. 

Google Chrome

  1. Type chrome:plugins in the address bar to open the Plug-ins page.
  2. Click Enable next to 'Adobe Flash Player'.
