Why is my bid package missing from the Planroom?
Answer
There are several possible reasons why your bidders can't access the bid package they've been invited to bid on:
- The bid package is closed: This can be done by editing a bid package on the project. Once closed, bidders lose all access to the bid package. See Edit a Bid Package.
- The bidders were not invited: A quick check is to look at your Bid List and ensure that there are recipients for each company invited to bid. If no users are selected, the company will not have access to the bid package.
Note: Procore will automatically give users access to the company Planroom tool when they are invited to bid on a project. You should not need to adjust their permissions.
