Why can't I see the Sync or Refresh buttons in the ERP Integrations tool?

Answer

In the Company level ERP Integrations tool, the Sync and Refresh buttons are only visible and available to users with the following permissions:

  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
    AND
  • The person's account must be granted the 'Can Push to Accounting' privilege in the Company Directory. See Grant Accounting Approver Privileges.
