When you try to log in to Procore's Certification site (http://learn.procore.com), you become stuck in a login loop where you ultimately become logged in to Procore's web application (https://app.procore.com) instead of being logged in and redirected to a course on Procore's Certification site. This may occur specifically when you click the Deep Dives button from the Support & Feedback (?) icon in the app.
When you try to log in to Procore's Certification site (https://learn.procore.com), your email and/or password is not recognized. You may have logged into the system before, but this time, you are unable.
The reason why this problem exists is because you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your email account.
(Note: This is a known issue and we are currently working on changing our SSO integration to support sign-in requests with email accounts that have 2FA enabled.)
Solution
If you're using an email account that has 2FA enabled, please follow the steps below to log in to Procore's Certification site.
Log in to https://app.procore.com
Click the "Support and Feedback" (?) icon in the top-right corner and click the Procore Certification link.
Now that you're logged in to Procore's Certification site (http://learn.procore.com), find and click the course you want to begin.
From the course landing page, click the Get Started button.
Note: This will take you to the page where you can begin the course.
The reason why this problem exists is because you may not have access to Procore (http://app.procore.com) with this email. Procore's Certification site (http://learn.procore.com) only accepts Procore's app login credentials.
Solution
If you do not have access to app.procore.com, please follow the steps in the following article:
