Who can see private Action Plans?
Background
The Action Plans tool helps ensure that your unique company and project-specific requirements are clearly defined, centralized, and organized. Action Plans can be set to 'private' so that only specific users can view them.
Answer
To see private action plans, you must have one of the following permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Action Plans tool.
OR
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project Action's Plan tool AND is an Assignee, Receiver, Approver or Plan manager on the Action Plan.
OR
- 'Read Only' level permissions on the project's Action Plans, where a user at their company is an Assignee, Receiver, Approver or Plan Manager on the Action Plan, and the relevant granular permission is enabled:
- 'Sign as Action Plan Assignee for Users within the Same Company' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
- 'Sign as Completed Action Plan Receiver for Users within the Same Company' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
- 'Sign as Action Plan Approver for users within the Same Company' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
OR
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Action's Plan tool AND has the 'Create and Edit Action Plan' granular permission enabled.
