What is the default behavior for playing certification videos on certain browsers?

Depending on which browser you are completing certification on, you will have a different experience when viewing videos.

Chrome Browser

Safari Browser

Firefox Browser

Edge Browser

For Chrome and Safari browsers:

• Your sound will be muted by default. In order to have sound play on the video, click the Click for sound button. 

For Firefox and Edge browsers

• Your sound will be unmuted by default. To mute your sound, click the Sound button in the bottom toolbar of the video.
