Procore displays the 'Date Notified' for punch list items on the list page. 'Date Notified' corresponds to the date that a user clicked 'Send Mine' or 'Send All', triggering an email notification to the assignee. This feature makes it clear when an assignee was notified of a punch item that requires their attention.
Please Note: We cannot backfill historic 'Date Notified' data. The 'Date Notified' field will only have a value if the punch item notification was sent after 12/15/2016. The 'Date Notified' field will be blank for punch items that had notifications sent prior to this date.
